Protecting Your Computer From MSWord Template Viruses And Trojans

When you are writing a cover letter for job application, you might start with a resume cover letter template. You'll first have to find a template on-line, or see if Microsoft Word already has a template that's good for that.

To find a good template, on-line, go to Google and type "cover letter for job application". There should be lots that pop up. As with anything on the internet, it's up to you to determine whether a website is phishing for information for you, or if they're really offering you real things. Beware that viruses can hide inside templates, so you should only download and install templates which look like they're from reputable sites, such as the Microsoft Office site.

To ensure that you don't try and download a cover letter for job application, and end up with a virus, one thing that I do is I downloaded and installed a really unique application called the Immunet Cloud program. It is a strange way of making sure that things that aren't supposed to be there don't get installed on your computer. It works in conjunction with your current antivirus program.

What it does is that it links with as many as 72,000 other people's computers, which helps protect you from seven million different potential threats to your computer. When tested against AVG AntiVirus software, it was neck-and-neck when 400 different intentional viruses were introduced to someone's computer. So, if you type something like, "cover letter for job application" into Google, go to a website, and it tries to install some Trojan which is embedded in the template once you've loaded it into Word, the Immunet Cloud would protect you.

There's one thing that's turned off at the time of installation that should be engaged. Go to SETTINGS, and make sure that every one of the protection settings are turned on. Immunet is free and has no hidden installations. It doesn't grab any bad information from your computer, and is completely safe and free.

If you want to be completely sure that you're not going to accidentally install something on your computer just because you try installing a cover letter for job application into MS Word, you should also download and install the free version of SpyBot-SD Resident and cause it to run. Two others that can be used to help keep things from being installed is Avast Antivirus (free version). In this way, you can be sure that when you're writing cover letters, or downloading samples of templates that you can use to create your cover letters, you won't be accidentally installing Trojans and viruses on your computer.

If you're looking for an entry level job, then you should send them the most professional-looking resume and cover letter that you can. In order to do that, you need an administrative assistant. The way you do that without actually hiring someone to write your cover letter or resume is with templates for MS Word. However, make sure that you're not infecting your computer with Trojans and viruses by installing programs which protect your computer and keep it clear of such things. There are a lot of ruthless people out there, and they're just looking for someone who's innocent and na?ve enough to install a cover letter for job application template of theirs without thinking.
